Re-Position Yourself!

But now God has placed the members, each one of them, in the body just as He desired. - 1 Corinthians 12:18

God placed! Yes, God purposefully positions the members that form His Body. Every member is important and every member is NEEDED!

However, because of offense, members have cut themselves off. I am not speaking about a “church building” . I am speaking of Christ’s Body, the CHURCH. The Body has become dismembered and weakened.

There is a danger when we disconnect from the Body of Christ. Our absence causes the other members to exert themselves beyond their ability/grace to carry the weight and position we have abandoned. Therefore, it is dis-abled!

Arising & Emerging

 “Arise, shine, for the light IS come and the glory of the Lord IS upon thee.” ~ Isaiah 60

On the night of March 17, 2016 I had a dream and all that stood out was the SOUND of Authority declaring:  ARISING!  I knew in my spirit that the LORD was prophesying over me and the CHURCH as well as declaring that HE IS RISING UP FROM THE THRONE AND COMING....

There are multiple definitions of the root word arise.  However, I retrieved these from the KJV online Dictionary  because THIS describes exactly what the LORD is speaking, rather prophesying over the CHURCH, His Body:

´To revive from death; to leave the grave.

´To begin to act; to exert power; to move from a state of inaction.

´To invade, assault or begin hostility; followed by against.

ARISING: Ascending; moving upward; originating or proceeding; getting up; springing up; appearing.

America & The Church - Repent and Return!

 
[As the secretary to President Obama, I was entering the Presidential office when I saw the President with a man who was his personal physical therapist.  The President was undressed with only a white towel wrapped around his waist as he laid on a table having his back massaged.  When I entered the room, he was startled and arose quickly to greet me.  He immediately directed me not to disclose what I saw.  He was very secretive about the therapist and what he was there for.

I happen to glance over to the President's desk and there were piles of books.  There was a small New Testament and a very large and thick book.  I saw the name "Graham" on the spine as the author.  The title of the book was "Psalm 5".  There were several other Christian literature books but my attention was drawn to the NT and the thick book.  However, all the books were vintage.  The President noticed my glance towards the books and he quickly interjected and lead me away to my desk which was in the same room as his.

He again reiterated the importance of not disclosing what I have seen as he pulled out my chair so I can sit down.  He was very cordial.  Moments later there was a man approaching the office and I quickly rose up from my chair and stood by the entrance to keep him from entering because there was no door.  I notified him that the President was not available to meet with him.   The man was adamant in seeing the President as he tried to force his way in but I had blocked him.  Then the President, fully dressed, met us at the entrance where we were standing.  I left.]

We must NOT be ignorant of the enemy's devices.  He does not prey only on our weaknesses but also our strengths.

"After this it came about that he loved a woman in the valley of Sorek, whose name was Delilah. The lords of the Philistines came up to her and said to her, "Entice him, and see where his great strength lies and how we may overpower him that we may bind him to afflict him. Then we will each give you eleven hundred pieces of silver." So Delilah said to Samson, "Please tell me where your great strength is and how you may be bound to afflict you."…(Judges 16:4-6) NASB

The New International version says it like this: "See if you can lure him into showing you the secret of his great strength and how we can overpower him so we may tie him up and SUBDUE him. (v.5 emphasis added)
